Ganesh Chaturthi is a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Ganesh. During the 10 days festival thousands of people build idols of Ganesh, pray, make pujas (worship rituals), dance and sing. On the tenth day, they take the Idols, some are massive, up to 10 meters tall and immerse them in the ocean.
